The Traxxas XO-1 is a 1/7 scale RC supercar that comes with the TSM (Traxxas Stability Management) system, as well as a Bluetooth wireless module. The Traxxas 4-Tec 3.0 is a 1/10 scale RC Chevy Stingray that comes with the TQ 2.4GHz radio system. Both cars are RTR (ready to run) and come with everything necessary to get started. The main difference between these two cars is their size; the XO-1 is nearly twice as large as the 4-Tec 3.0. The XO-1 also has significantly more power, thanks to its twin brushless motors which produce over 100mph speeds. The 4-Tec 3.0 top speed is only around 30mph, making it much less of a race car and more of a hobby car in comparison. AnOther difference is that the XO-1 uses LiPo batteries for power, while the 4-Tec 3.0 uses NiMH batteries; LiPo batteries are generally more powerful and longer lasting than NiMH batteries. If you're looking for an RC car that's fast, powerful, and ready to race right out of the box, then the Traxxas XO-1 is the clear choice. However, if you're looking for something smaller and less expensive, then the Traxxas 4-Tec 3.0 might be a better option for you.
