RPM Center Skid Plate
This center skid plate is nice to use with the RPM front and rear RPM skid plates and RPM Bulkheads as well. If you are installing this on the 16.8 volt E-maxx, you are supposed to remove your stock center skid plate so that it can sit more flush with the rear RPM skid plate.

I ground down the alignment tabs on the RPM center skid plate to allow it to sit flush on top of my stock center skid plate. Grinding the tabs down also allowed the RPM center skid to sit flush with the rear RPM skid plate allowing me to keep my stock center skid plate on and still use the RPM center skid plate over it.
The reason you want your center skid plate flush with the rear skid plate is because you don't want your rear skid plate hooking on the ground and sometimes flipping your truck after a good jump.
