They were very helpful helping me figure which batteries and charger would be best for my Traxxas Slash cars. The original battery and charger system were discontinued.
The salesperson coached me thru the website and had me place the order and pay online. So if you call have the ability to search the website.

Dude was accomidating putting in the 3s lipo 5000s tbat didnt fit traxxas stampede so he swapped out the batteries for the new ones that just came in that fit my truck..Thanks man!
